All course work must be completed at North Seattle Community College. Experiential Learning and transfer-in credits can not be applied to this certificate. All program requirements must fulfill a 2.0 GPA or above.
Washington Department of Licensing (DOL) requires successful completion of RES100 before taking the State Real Estate Sales License Exam. Also, DOL requires completion of RES140 or RES290 before the first license renewal.
