As an LEED-AP, Megan Ritchie Saffitz works as a sustainable development consultant for one of the country's top green building firms. She has Master's degrees in City and Regional Planning and in Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, is on the steering committee for the Seattle branch of the Cascadia Region Green Building Council and is a Built Green Certified Professional.

J. Patrick Mahoney brings years of experience in mortgage banking, commercial real estate and development (including the site of the famous pyramid office building in San Francisco.) His development and consulting firm has advised on and developed a number of urban office buildings in California and Washington. He attended Stanford University where he majored in economics.
