Applying for Graduation Cap & Gown The Ceremony |

WHO MAY PARTICIPATE You may participate in the commencement ceremony if you completed your program requirements for a degree, certificate, or diploma during Summer Quarter 2007, Fall Quarter 2007, Winter Quarter 2008, or Spring Quarter 2008. SPRING QUARTER 2008 GRADUATES Spring Quarter graduates must have submitted their applications for graduation by March 21. See the Graduation Preparation info for details. SUMMER QUARTER 2008 GRADUATES You can also participate if you plan to graduate Summer Quarter 2008, if you have registered for your final classes and have applied for graduation by May 16. After May 16, you may participate in the ceremony but your name will NOT appear in the program. Application forms are available at the Admissions front counter or can be downloaded from the Graduation Preparation web page. |
