Applying for Graduation Cap & Gown The Ceremony |

WHO MAY PARTICIPATE You may participate in the commencement ceremony if you completed your program requirements for a degree, certificate, or diploma during Summer Quarter 2008, Fall Quarter 2008, Winter Quarter 2009, or Spring Quarter 2009. SPRING QUARTER 2009 GRADUATES Spring Quarter graduates must have submitted their applications for graduation by March 25. See the Graduation Preparation info for details. SUMMER QUARTER 2009 GRADUATES You can also participate if you plan to graduate Summer Quarter 2009, if you have registered for your final classes and have applied for graduation by May 22. After May 22, you may participate in the ceremony but your name will NOT appear in the program. Application forms are available at the Admissions front counter or can be downloaded from the Graduation Preparation web page. |
