The NSCC Computer Science program is designed to prepare students to transfer to a 4-year program at a local college or university. The NSCC program includes completing many of the general education requirements for the A.S. degree which includes introductory Computer Science instructions for students that wish to transfer to 4-year Computer Science or Engineering Programs.

The Computer Science program has a number of courses designed to give students an introduction to Computer Science, while later courses transfer directly to the University of Washington.
