  Release of   Information
Release of Information
Photo I.D. is required for all transactions. Other identification information also may be requested by the Registration Office. Personal information that is not directory information is not released to anyone without the student's written permission with the following exceptions:
  • Records requested by subpoena
  • Emergency situations
  • In compliance with the Solomon Amendment (military access) and Department of Education requests
  • Records provided to the National Student Clearinghouse
Directory Information is as follows:
  1. Student's name
  2. Enrollment status
  3. Date(s) of enrollment
  4. Area of study
  5. Awards granted by the college
  6. Participation in official sports activities
  7. Weight and height of athletic team members
  8. Email address(es)
