| Who is my Advisor? |
|
If you are...
NOT pursuing a certificate or degree, you can meet with any advisor for help or advising. See the Advising Center Contact Information for a list of advisors, and for drop-in and appointment information. Enrolled in the Worker Retraining or Running Start programs, you will always need to meet with those advisors to answer any questions or address problems. Visit the Worker Retraining or Running Start for contact information. Interested in Pre-College or Basic Skills programs or courses such as Adult Basic Education, Adult High School Completion, G.E.D., or English as a Second Language (ESL), then contact the Pre-College Advisor. Interested in a Transfer degree (AA or AS degree) or in transferring to a 4-year college or university you should see the Transfer Advisor. Interested or enrolled in the Early Childhood Education or any Health/Medical program, you should contact the department for advising. These programs provide special advising in their offices, and not through the Advising Center. Contact the department secretary in the Health and Human Services Division.
