The R.O.S.E. (Regaining One's Self-Esteem) Fund was established in 1992 as an umbrella organization chartered to raise funds for, and awareness of women who have had the extraordinary strength and courage to break the cycle of domestic violence. Through the dedication of our staff and volunteers, the leadership of our board, and with the unwavering support of our sponsors we've been transforming and profoundly improving the lives of women survivors ever since.
The R.O.S.E. Scholarship Program was created in 1998 to provide survivors with the ability to increase self-esteem and self-sufficiency through the pursuit of secondary education and the achievement of college degrees.
The R.O.S.E. Fund assists with the cost of tuition by providing scholarships of $2000 per semester.
R.O.S.E. Scholarships advance the transformation from victim to survivor by funding a woman's career training and professional development. Partnering with academic institutions nationwide, The R.O.S.E. Fund assists with the cost of:
- Tuition
- Books
- Other costs directly related to your education.
All current recipients must reapply for each semester to be eligible for consideration.
Candidate eligibility is determined by and at the sole discretion of The R.O.S.E. Fund and its educational partners.
All required material for all applicants must be received by the R.O.S.E. Fund no later than two
(2) weeks after the application submittal.
