This application will be used to determine award winners for the following scholarships:

Qualifications:

�� Academic Achievement: Minimum 3.0 GPA overall and in accounting courses

�� On-Campus Activities

�� Off-Campus/Community Activities

�� Probability of Earning CPA License

�� Work History

�� Professional Potential

�� At Least Junior Status

�� Graduate and International Student are Eligible for Washington CPA Foundation Scholarships

�� Acceptance into University Accounting Department

�� Do not use double-sided copies

Required Documents/Enclosures

�� Completed Application

�� Current Résumé

�� Unofficial Transcripts from All Schools Attended

�� Copy of most recent quarter/semester grades (if available)

�� Documentation of Accounting Major

�� Two Letters of Recommendation: One from an Accounting Professor and One from Your Current/Former

Employer. If no Current/Former Employer is available, please submit a Letter of Recommendation from a second

Accounting Professor

�� All Letters of Recommendation must be on University or Company Letterhead

Scholarship Guidelines

Non-Renewable
Students attending accredited 4-year colleges/universities in Washington or,
Completion of an AA degree with acceptance into a 4-year college/university accounting program in Washington
Students most likely to become CPAs will merit most consideration
Scholarship awards are $2,000 each and will be applied to tuition expenses for Fall Quarter 2010
