Prerequisites:
Courses must be within the last ten years or COMPASS test is required. Contact Testing Center.
- A high school diploma or GED or 18 years of age
- MATH100 (or higher)
- ENGL&101 or ENGL&230
- BUS169 or IT101
Applicant should have oral English skills sufficient to communicate accurately with others in the medical field. Applicant must have completed a medical terminology course.
Non-modular courses required for the program: AMA170 through AMA181 (12 modules totaling 13 credits).
Recommended schedule is flexible, students may take less credits per quarter but take courses in order. Health requirements must be met prior to registration for any lab courses.

All course work must be completed at North Seattle Community College. Experiential Learning and transfer-in credits can not be applied to this certificate. All program requirements must fulfill a 2.0 GPA or above.
