College-level English courses fall into 3 categories:

Writing/Grammar
Our basic composition courses emphasize learning to write clearly and effectively. Our popular advanced grammar class helps you to understand what's going on inside the sentences you write as well as those you read.

English&101 and &102 fulfill the requirements of the Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree and for other programs and certificates as well. Other English classes can be used to fulfill specific Areas of Knowledge requirements for the AA degree.

Creative Writing
