All-Campus Focus Groups Coming Soon

Following up on previous campus climate surveys, the college is planning a series of focus groups for all members of the campus community.
During the first two weeks of November, the college will conduct facilitated small group discussions with students and employees on selected topics related to campus life. Our purpose is to gather feedback about how we are doing and where we might make improvements. Groups will be conducted and results reported in a way that protects participant anonymity. As a small "thank you" for participating in an hour-long session, participants will receive an espresso stand coupon. Those who prefer to do so may respond to the questions on-line rather than in a discussion group.

Employees who would like to participate should visit http://dept.sccd.ctc.edu/northsurvey/EmployeeFocusGroupsFall09/.
Note that separate groups will be conducted for each employee type (faculty, classified and exempt), and all employee groups will be conducted by facilitators from outside of the college.
