In the North Seattle Community College Real Estate Program you will acquire the skills necessary to satisfy Washington State licensing requirements, industry continuing education requirements, and excel in your chosen real estate specialty.
We offer a variety of degree and certificate programs for the various real estate specialties:

Real Estate Degrees and Certificates
North is the only college that offers accredited degrees and certificates in Real Estate in the Northwest. These degrees and certificates prepare graduates to enter the real estate field in green real estate, brokerage management, property management, appraisal, real estate sales, real estate finance, real estate investment, home inspection, title insurance, and/or escrow. As you progress toward your degree, you will also acquire certificates in the real estate specialties of your choice.

Real Estate
We offer certificates in Basic Sales, Advanced Sales, Real Estate Investment and Commercial Sales, Escrow, and Real Estate Brokerage.

Appraisal
If you aspire to become—or remain—an appraisal trainee, certificated residential or licensed residential appraiser, North has the programs and classes that will help you comply with—even exceed—the new educational requirements you will need to gain or regain your certification.

Loans and Investments
You can earn certificates in Loan Processor, Loan Originator, Commercial Real Estate, and Property Manager. Several of our courses are also approved for Department of Licensing (DFI) continuing clock hours for Loan Originators and Mortgage Brokers. North is the first higher education institution to earn DFI's course approvals.

Green Real Estate
You can earn a Green Real Estate Certificate which is the first of its kind in the USA. This allows you to be an educated professional in this fast growing industry of green and sustainable real estate sales and development.
All courses are approved for Washington State and federal licensing continuing education requirements and are taught by industry experts.
