Take the online Home Inspection certificate courses that are developed for real estate professionals and others who wish to become certified home inspectors. The certificate's courses follow the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice.
A real estate sales and marketing course plus an accounting for small business class rounds out the certificate program.
