Drop-In Classes

Kickboxing Pre-designed Kickboxing interval class using no equipment. Cardio section uses intensity drills and increased energy sprints followed by work recovery segments.

Pilates A mat-based fitness-pilates class that emphasizes essential skills for proper execution of movements. Activate, isolate, and stabilize deep core muscles while improving posture, flexibility, balance and overall body strength.

Tai Chi A branch of traditional Chinese medicine, Tai Chi looks at the mind, emotions and body as interconnected. Their relationship is one of constant exchange of information and influence. A series of slow, relaxing movements are used to improve posture and bring about a reduction in the level of stress in the mind and body.

Water Form Tai Chi As the name suggests, there is a fluidity and circularity of the movements and postures that helps the practitioner connect with one's natural vital internal Chi energy. The practice of this form also brings about a sense of peace and relaxation in one's life.

Yoga The benefits of yoga include improved posture, circulation, breathing and flexibility. Regular yoga practice can lead to increased strength, stress relief, and enhanced self-awareness.
