Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your attendance to the Career Fair, please note that refunds will only be given if a written cancellation notice is received by Career Services no later than 4:00pm April 22, 2010. It is the responsibility of the registrant to verify that we have received the cancellation. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this date.
Displays
As space at the Spring 2010 Career Fair is limited, your space allows room for a (floor) display no more than 6 feet in length. If you have a display that exceeds this length, please contact Marloes Koning or Janet Sekijima to see if we can accommodate your request.
Table Covering and Signage
We ask you to bring your own table covering. We will provide a table top display with your company name.
Banners
Banners cannot be hung on the walls, so please bring an alternative method and supplies (e.g. heavy tape) for displaying your banner.
Electrical Outlets
There is limited access to electrical outlets in the facility, so we encourage you to bring displays that do not require electricity. If you would like electricity, please be sure to indicate that on your registration form. We will assign them on a first-come, first-served basis with paid registrations so please make your reservation as soon as possible if you require an electrical outlet. Please note that we do not provide extension cords; we ask that you bring your own.
Wireless Access
Wireless access is limited and available by request only. Please indicate it on your registration form and we will assign it on a first-come, first-served basis with paid registrations. Please note that this service needs to be requested at least 1 week prior to the fair.
Parking
On-campus parking is free on the day of the fair. Parking will be available in the Southwest parking lot, located directly southwest of the College Center Building. Additional information about parking on campus is available from the Parking and Carpool page.
