CSO Research's Confidentiality and Privacy Policies
"Without the prior, written consent of the Licensee (North Seattle Community College), to be granted or withheld in its sole discretion, CSO shall not disseminate or divulge the Data to any person or entity, other than set forth herein. CSO shall limit access to the Data to such persons who have a need for access to the Data for the purpose of developing, upgrading, maintaining, servicing, installing or providing technical support in connection with the Software or providing legal or accounting advice to CSO concerning the software. CSO agrees that CSO shall ensure that all persons to whom it disclosed the Data shall keep the Data confidential. In the event that the license agreement for the Software is terminated, CSO shall destroy, and shall ensure that all persons to whom it has disclosed the Data shall destroy, all copies of the Data unless otherwise directed by the Licensee (North Seattle Community College)."
