Tutoring
Loft tutors work with students in one-to-one conferences on all stages of the writing process: brainstorming, outlining, drafting, revising, and polishing.

Self-Study Computers
Software programs for self-directed study are available in our multimedia computer lab. These programs give students lessons and practice in brainstorming techniques, rhetorical forms, grammar, keyboarding, and other writing-related skills. Word-processing is also available on our computers.

Online Tutoring
Using an online form, students can submit their writing via email. Tutors reply to these requests within 48 hours.

Web Links
The Loft has compiled links to a number of informative websites, and to a collection of home-produced handouts. Students can view these links from any computer with Internet access.
