What costs are Running Start students responsible for?
- One-time NSCC photo ID card ($5.00). An NSCC photo ID is required to use the library, computer lab, and Wellness Center.
- Tuition for classes under the 100 level
- Tuition for credits in excess of 18
- Books, course materials, additional fees, and school supplies must be paid directly by the Running Start student. Books and most class materials may be purchased from the on-campus NSCC Bookstore.
- Parking (Depending on the number of credits enrolled). Parking on campus is by permit only. If you plan to park on campus, a parking pass may be purchased from the Cashier's Office.
- Transportation - Students must provide their own transportation. Several buses serve NSCC. Bus passes may be purchased from the NSCC Bookstore.
- Fees not associated with a class such as Net ID and wireless access.
Financial Aid
Running Start students are NOT ELIGIBLE to receive Financial Aid.
