If you are not receiving your AA degree or your intended major requires prerequisites, you may need to know which NSCC courses are equivalent courses at the college or university you are considering; this information is available through Course Equivalency Guides that are produced by the college/university's credential departments.
College/University Application Deadlines

It is important to know the application deadline dates of the colleges/universities you are considering. Give yourself time to pre-plan. Remember, there are often a lot of required materials that must be provided by the deadline. Do not underestimate the time it takes to gather this information -- prepare and organize your time well.

College/University Foreign Language Requirements

You may not be aware of this, but many college/universities have foreign language requirements that are required to be admitted to or to graduate from that particular university. It is important to investigate these requirements early in your college career as foreign language courses are sequential and it may take you more than one quarter to complete the requirement if needed.
