North Seattle Community College offers a variety of tutoring services to help you achieve your academic goals and enrich your learning experience. Tutoring is available for all students in mathematics, language and writing. Specialized tutoring is offered through specific programs for students taking classes in health and medical, electronics, engineering, IT, distance learning and other departments.

Business	Students can contact their instructor or the division secretary to learn about tutoring available for business classes.	Location: IB 2312B 206-527-3730
Health/Medical	Students can see course instructors to make arrangements for division-sponsored tutoring. A robust tutoring program is currently available to students enrolled in North Seattle's Nursing Program.	Contact: Jacque Snyder 206-528-4564 jsnyder@sccd.ctc.edu
IT Program	Tutoring and hands-on work are available to Networking students, who can get help preparing for labs and industry level certifications like CompTIA A+, CompTIA NET+, and Microsoft Windows_2000 MCSE.	Location: TB 1543A Hours: Wednesdays 1 p.m.-4 p.m. Saturdays 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
The Loft Writing Center Plus	The Loft Writing Center Plus offers free tutoring to all NSCC students in English writing, reading, listening, and speaking; world languages; and general study skills. Math/Science Learning Center (MLC)	The Math/Science Learning Center offers free tutoring to all NSCC students currently enrolled in math, physics, chemistry, or computer science classes. Biology tutoring is also available in a lab setting. Social Science	Students can talk to their instructor or the division secretary to find out what tutoring is available for Social Science courses.	Location: IB 2429 206-527-3746
Technology (Architectural Engineering Drafting, Electronics, Engineering Tech, HVAC, Industrial Power)	Tutors are arranged for technology students by request. Students can see their instructor for details and schedules.
