Internships
North Seattle Community College's Technical and Professional Programs require an internship as part of the curriculum. Internships are a critical aspect of each student's education. The purpose of the internship is to provide students with assistance and the hands-on experience they need to successfully transition into their new career. Internships provide employers with a highly effective and low-cost recruiting service. Everybody wins with internships. To learn more about internship services at North Seattle Community College, please contact Kurt Simmons by email or telephone (206-527-3686). A listing of current internships is also available online from the Interfase job and internship database.
Disability Services
The NSCC Disability Services office provides services to enrolled students who have a documented permanent or temporary physical, mental, learning, or sensory disability that qualifies them for academic adjustments and accommodations under the law. Students with disabilities who need special accommodation or other assistance are encouraged to contact Disability Services (206-527-3697) as soon as they enter college.
