Application and Enrollment Calendar

2023-2024

Your high school teacher will help review your placement into your College in the High School course and may use class time to assist you with the admissions application and registration process. For more information on placement, please see the Placement and Prerequisites menu on the left side of the page. After discussing class placement with your high school teacher, you can apply for admission and sign up for classes on your own within the dates listed below.

Fall Semester and Year-Long Courses

9/25 – 10/6 - Application period (2 weeks)      
Complete the Free Online Admissions Application. 
Students who have not applied by 10/6 will not be eligible.                    

11/13 – 12/1 - Registration period (3 weeks) 
Sign up for class. 
Students who have applied by 10/6 but not enrolled by 12/1 will not be eligible.

Important Dates 
1/21 - Last day to withdraw from class without a W appearing on transcript. 
2/23- Last day to withdraw from class, a W will appear on the transcript.

Spring Semester Courses

2/26 – 3/15  - Application Period (3 weeks) 
Complete the Free Online Admissions Application.

3/25 – 4/12 - Registration period 
Sign up for class. 
Students who have not enrolled by 4/12 will not be eligible.

Important Dates 
4/20 - Last day to withdraw from class without a W appearing on transcript. 
5/24 - Last day to withdraw from class, a W will appear on the transcript

Students are responsible for following the CHS program’s registration, withdrawal, and payment deadlines. Only the student can request a withdrawal or refund. Retroactive registration is not allowed.
