Counseling services are available to currently enrolled students during Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters. Counseling services are paused during summer and quarter breaks.

If you need immediate support, please call 988 for mental health crisis assistance or text HOME to 741-741 to connect with a crisis counselor. For community resource referrals, please call 211.

About: Serves survivors of sexual abuse/assault, human trafficking, and domestic violence. API Chaya Survivor Support Services recognizes the diversity of experiences in Asian, South Asian, and Pacific Islander communities and strives to work with each individual within their own cultural context. Support groups multiple times per year. Assists with resources, referrals for housing, legal, immigration, mental health, food, financial, safety planning, confidential helpline toll-free 1-877-922-4292. Offers information, helps survivors explore options in a confidential and supportive environment. Services are free.

About: Providing comprehensive adult mental health services to promotoe whole health by addressing physical, mental, and social well-being. Services may include case management, individual, group and family therapy and counseling, psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Must be 18 or older.

Languages: ACRS provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages. 

Payment/Insurance: Depending on eligibility, most services are offered free of charge or provided on a sliding-scale based on family size and income. ACRS also accepts many forms of insurance.

About: Supports families and communities with raising healthy, successful children and youth through direct services like case management, culturally relevant behavioral health, in-home early learning services, youth and education support, family support groups, and services for gender-based violence for low-income communities of color, immigrants, and refugees. Kent location offers additional behavioral health and early learning programs.

Payment/Insurance: Free counseling services are available to anyone already enrolled in Medicaid or eligible to receive Medicaid funding. Our team can help you apply for this benefit. We do not accept private insurance.

About

The City of Seattle Department of Education and Early Learning (DEEL) offers free mental health care for Seattle teens. DEEL is partnering with a variety of mental health care providers and practitioners to support the mental wellness of Seattle youth and young adults, with a focus on young people ages 13 to 24.

About: Provides health services for everyone. Interpretation services are immediately available. Offers full range of primary care, specialized care, and behavioral health services with the convenience of an on-site pharmacy. Offers prenatal and pregnancy care. Sliding scale fees. About: Medical care, psychosocial evaluations and counseling for child sexual assault victims or adult victims of rape. After hours or within 120 hours of an assault, call or visit Harborview Emergency Room and ask for a social worker. If during business hours, call the Center for Sexual Assault for an appointment. Counseling available for any traumatic stress that causes fear or sense of threat. Call for more information. Accepts Apple Health (Medicaid), victims' compensation, private insurance, and Medicare.
